Ways to Experience Humankind
Humankind isn't a single programme. It's a philosophy expressed through different experiences. Each one is designed to help people understand themselves more deeply and participate more fully in life.
One-to-One Coaching
For individuals seeking thoughtful, personalised support around health, movement, habits, injury recovery, self-understanding, and sustainable change. The work begins with understanding the person, not prescribing a plan.
Coaching may include:
- Movement assessment and practice.
- Strength and mobility training.
- Sleep, food, and recovery awareness.
- Habit design.
- Reflection and accountability.
- Support through injury, transition, or inconsistency.
"Most valuable support I got from him was during the preparation before my hip joint replacement surgery and post-surgery recovery. I highly recommend getting in touch with him for his guidance."
— Md. Ashiqul Islam"His personalised approach helped me reach my health goals in a sustainable way. He is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly cares about your well-being."
— Vinay Vyas"Ajith's focus on not just physical health, but also mental health and holistic behavioural practices, sets him apart. His coaching has truly been life-changing."
— Ateeshay JainPostpartum and Return-to-Movement Support
For people returning to movement after pregnancy, birth, injury, or a significant change in the body. This work respects the body as it is now — rebuilding strength, reconnecting with the core and breath, understanding recovery, and progressing without pressure to "bounce back."
What it's usually told to be
After childbirth, many women hear "give it time," "this is normal," or "your body will recover on its own" — while continuing to deal with diastasis recti, back pain, pelvic weakness, poor posture, low energy, or fear of exercising again. That deserves proper rehabilitation, not guesswork.
What this program is
Diastasis recti rehabilitation, core restoration, pelvic stability work, breath mechanics, posture correction, strength rebuilding, and a gradual return to exercise — built around your own recovery timeline, not a generic one.
One client came in with a five-finger diastasis recti separation. Over three months of breathwork, deep core activation, progressive mobility, strength rebuilding, and lifestyle changes, that gap reduced to two fingers.1
This is not: just ab workouts or Kegel exercises, high-intensity postpartum workouts, or weight-loss pressure.
Recovery isn't about shrinking your body. It's about rebuilding capacity.
- This is one client's individual experience, not a guaranteed outcome — diastasis recti recovery timelines vary by person, which is why the program is built around each client's own recovery timeline rather than a fixed schedule. ↩
Neurodivergent Movement Coaching
For neurodivergent children and individuals who benefit from movement-based, strengths-led, sensory-aware support. Sessions are adapted to the person in front of us — play, movement, trust-building, body awareness, confidence, coordination, regulation, and participation. The goal is not compliance. The goal is understanding, engagement, and meaningful progress.
"Ajith has been a great running coach for our special kid... some capabilities are God-given — knowing how to connect with a special kid, how to motivate them, how to push them while maintaining boundaries, and knowing when not to push them. Ajith just has it."
— Vishal Singh, parent"Ajith Sir has been working with my son for the past 8 months and his sessions have been very effective — customized and very engaging. These sessions have also helped improve his attention and awareness."
— Priya M S, parent"He has been training my twin 10-year-old autistic children... He is patient, calm, and supportive, which is especially important when working with autistic children. I've seen improvements in their activity levels, coordination, and discipline."

Corporate and Community Wellbeing
For organisations that want to support people beyond generic wellness advice. Humankind workshops and programmes can help teams reflect on stress, energy, movement, communication, and sustainable ways of working. The focus is practical, human, and grounded in self-understanding.
Humankind also designs customised wellness programmes for corporate teams, sports communities, residential communities, youth groups and educational spaces, and wellness communities — including postpartum recovery offered through HR wellness programmes and founder networks.
The right experience begins with understanding.
If you're unsure which path is right, begin with a conversation.
