Humankind Movement

Health before success. Awareness before action.

Most health journeys start with a plan. This one starts with a question: do you actually understand your body, your habits, and the life you're trying to fit them into? Humankind Movement is the thinking behind Ajith Jagadish's coaching. The programs, writing, and neurodivergent coaching all build on that foundation.

Two people, one foundation

The philosophy doesn't change.
How it's used does.

Humankind Movement works with two different groups of people, and it refuses to pretend they need the same thing said the same way.

General coaching

Adults from 14 to 86. Strength, mobility, prepartum and postpartum recovery, stress and habit change, corporate and community programs. Room for metaphor, reflection, and slower unfolding.

Neurodivergent coaching — working with children

Movement coaching for neurodivergent children, in groups and one-to-one. Concrete language, sensory and regulation needs first, and progress measured on its own terms — not against a neurotypical yardstick.

How we work

Personalised coaching, built around the person

Delivered online, for individuals across the globe, ages 14 to 86. Every program is built around the person, not just the goal — because no two bodies or lives are the same.

  • Body & movement history
  • Lifestyle & schedule
  • Recovery capacity
  • Emotional & mental wellbeing
  • Daily habits & routines
  • Individual goals & challenges
Four pillars

Four strokes, deliberately not joined

Look closely at the mark and you'll notice the four lines never meet in the middle. That's not a rendering accident — it's the point. Each stroke stands on its own, the way each of these four areas needs its own attention rather than one general idea of "health."

Top stroke of the Humankind Movement mark

Movement

Building a body that feels capable, resilient, and adaptable.

Bottom stroke of the Humankind Movement mark

Sleep

Recovery, restoration, and nervous system regulation.

Left stroke of the Humankind Movement mark

Food

Awareness around everyday nourishment as one part of the whole.

Right stroke of the Humankind Movement mark

Time alone with self

Reflection, emotional grounding, and building a relationship with yourself.

Movement and sleep are the ink strokes. Food and time alone with self are the terracotta strokes. Four separate lines, four separate practices — none of them stand in for the others.

About Ajith

A fellow traveler, not an authority who has arrived

Ajith spent over a decade in business development before switching to health and wellness coaching. He's a certified Human Biomechanics Specialist and a national and international athlete who has represented India — and he still thinks of this work as something he's walking through alongside the people he coaches, not something he's mastered and is handing down.
