Ways to Work with Humankind Movement
Humankind Movement isn't a single programme. It's a philosophy expressed through five ways of working together. Each one is designed to help people understand themselves more deeply and participate more fully in life.

One-to-One and Group Coaching
Personalised support around health, movement, habits, injury recovery, and self-understanding, one-to-one or in a group. The work begins with understanding the person, not prescribing a plan.
Postpartum and Return-to-Movement Support
For people returning to movement after pregnancy, birth, injury, or a significant change in the body. Rebuilding strength, reconnecting with the core and breath, and progressing without pressure to "bounce back."
Movement Coaching for Neurodivergent Individuals
Movement-based, strengths-led, sensory-aware support for neurodivergent individuals of all ages. The goal isn't compliance. It's understanding, engagement, and meaningful progress.
Workshops
Shared learning experiences for groups, communities, schools, and organisations, built around understanding before change.
Corporate and Community Wellbeing
For organisations that want to support people beyond generic wellness advice, grounded in self-understanding rather than one-size-fits-all programming.
Common questions
Which Humankind Movement service is right for me?
It depends on what you're looking for, not a fixed category. One-to-one and group coaching suits most individual movement, habit, or recovery goals. Postpartum support is specifically for return-to-movement after pregnancy and birth. Neurodivergent coaching is shaped around neurodivergent individuals of any age. Workshops suit groups wanting a shared session rather than ongoing individual work, and corporate wellbeing is built for organisations. If you're unsure, the simplest path is to share your situation directly — the right starting point becomes clear from there rather than needing to self-select from a list.
What's the difference between one-to-one coaching and a workshop?
One-to-one coaching is ongoing, personalised work built around an individual's specific assessment, goals, and pace over time. A workshop is a single shared session (or a short series) for a group — schools, teams, or communities — designed to build understanding and awareness around a topic rather than deliver individualised, ongoing coaching. Someone with a specific personal goal or recovery need is usually better served by coaching; a team or community wanting a shared learning experience is better served by a workshop.
Can I combine more than one service, for example postpartum support plus a corporate wellbeing programme?
Yes. The five services aren't mutually exclusive — postpartum recovery, for instance, is already offered as part of corporate wellbeing programmes through HR wellness initiatives and founder networks. An individual might also do one-to-one coaching alongside their organisation running a separate workshop. What combination makes sense depends on the actual situation, and that's worked out directly rather than being restricted by rigid service categories.
Do all five services follow the same coaching philosophy, or are they separate approaches?
Same philosophy, five different formats. Humankind Movement isn't a single programme applied differently — it's one underlying approach: understanding a person or group before prescribing anything, working with breath and coordination as the foundation, and building capacity rather than chasing a quick fix. Whether that shows up as one-to-one coaching, postpartum support, neurodivergent coaching, a workshop, or a corporate programme depends on who it's for and the setting, not a difference in underlying approach.
Is there a cost difference between the five services?
The individual and group coaching services — one-to-one coaching, postpartum support, and neurodivergent coaching — share the same ₹1,000 (~$11) intro call as a starting point. Workshops and corporate wellbeing programmes are priced differently since they depend heavily on group size, scope, and format, so there's no fixed rate card for those; cost is worked out based on your organisation's actual context during the initial conversation.
Are any of these services available outside Bangalore or India?
Yes. Most coaching, across all five services, happens online and is available worldwide, not just in Bangalore. In-person sessions are also offered on a limited basis for clients and groups based in Bangalore, subject to availability. If you're outside India, mention that when you get in touch and coaching can be set up entirely online.
The right service begins with understanding.
If you're unsure which path is right, begin with a conversation.
